Important practical information before registration

What is recommended to bring?

Please bring:

  • Your own medical gloves, according to your usual size

  • A medical gown

All other required materials will be provided during the workshop.

What should I do if I get sick?

If you are unable to attend due to illness, the workshop fee is not refundable, but you have two options:

  • You may send another qualified colleague to replace you

  • You may attend a future workshop without additional payment

Please inform the organizer as early as possible.

Should I use cash money or credit cards to buy material during the workshop?

Cash only is accepted on site.
Accepted currencies: EUR, CHF, USD.
Credit cards and electronic payments are not available during the workshop.

Which languages are spoken during the workshop?

The workshop is conducted in:

  • English

  • German

  • French

  • Italian

  • Spanish

Direct interaction with the inventors is possible.

Will I get an invoice for the material bought during the workshop?

Yes.
An official invoice will be issued to avoid any problems with customs.
You will also receive a medical receipt.

Is only hand luggage if I fly back home recommended?

Yes — only if you purchase material on site.
This is recommended to facilitate transport and customs procedures.

Do I get a discount if I buy material during the Workshop ?

Yes.
A discount of approximately 10% may be granted for material purchased during the workshop.

Will I get my certificate during the Workshop?

  • If you send all required personal data to the organizer at least 15 days before the workshop, your certificate of participation will be ready on site.

  • Otherwise, the certificate will be sent after the workshop by post and/or email.

Two certificates during the Workshop

Participants may receive:

  • One Certificate of Attendance, provided you were present for the full workshop (no absence exceeding 1 hour)

  • One Certificate of Ability, valid for 6 months to 1 year, provided no major mistakes were observed during the workshop

This certificate must be revalidated annually.

Yearly Revalidation of the Certificate of Ability

Physicians who are not regularly trained may progressively lose technical competence.
Revalidation ensures:

  • Continued clinical safety

  • Maintenance of technical skills

Annual revalidation is therefore required to maintain certification.

How to be Registered in the Endopeel Board-Certified Worldwide Specialists

You must:

  • Present a valid Certificate of Ability

  • Create an online account

  • Once the account is reviewed and approved by us, log in and complete all mandatory fields

What happens if I didnt get my ability certificate after the workshop?

You may be authorized to practice only specific indications.
An ability certificate limited to these indications will be sent to you.

You may then:

  • Participate again in a future workshop focused on the missing indications

  • Or continue training under the supervision of a local trainer for a period of time
